Job Description:
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate data risks and vulnerabilities.
- Design and maintain data architecture and metadata management systems to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Ensure data security and confidentiality by implementing appropriate access controls and encryption measures.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on data governance best practices.
- Monitor and report on data quality and integrity metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 5+ years in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Bachelor's/master's in data science, Statistics, Maths, Computer Science, or related field.
- Advanced SQL and relational database proficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
