We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer / AI-ML Engineer to join our technology team in Gurugram. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data-Driven Systems. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to develop, train, and deploy AI/ML models that solve real business problems.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and training Machine Learning and AI models
- Work with structured and unstructured data for analysis and model development
- Implement ML algorithms for prediction, classification, and automation tasks
- Support deployment of AI models into production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI solutions
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
- Document model design, experiments, and performance metrics
- Continuously learn and apply new AI/ML tools and frameworks
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts (supervised, unsupervised learning)
- Knowledge of Python programming
- Familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn (TensorFlow/PyTorch is a plus)
- Basic understanding of statistics and data analysis
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills

- Exposure to Deep Learning or NLP concepts
- Hands-on academic or project experience in AI/ML
