Position Title: Data Analyst - Full-time

Major Job Duties
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team. This position offers tremendous opportunities for learning & growth.
Ø Handling and analyzing a large amount of data using Excel.
Ø Develop & maintain MIS report, dashboards & trackers
Ø Use Advanced Excel formulas such as VLLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX – MATCH, IF, SUMIFs, CPOUNTIF, Etc.
Ø Work with Pivot Table, Pivot charts, and Data Validation
Ø Perform data cleaning, sorting, filtering, and reconciliation
Ø Create a dynamic dashboard for management reporting
Ø Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the report
Ø Generate Daily, weekly, and monthly performance report
Ø Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the report

Ø Support management with data-driven insights & decision making
Ø Administrative support duties
Ø Assists with special projects as assigned by management
Ø Assists in Compensation and Reward Review & Analysis.

We are Looking For People Who Have
Ø Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a data analysis/MIS role.
Ø Advanced Microsoft Excel skill – Mandatory.
Ø Experience in Pivot tables, Charts & dashboards creation.
Ø Ability to work with large datasets efficiently.
Ø Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
Ø Strong collaboration skills.
Ø Must be detail-oriented
Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ø Ability to work one-on-one and in larger groups.
Location: Ahmedabad, India
Salary: Depending on Experience and Past achievements.
