Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Data Analyst role based in Ghaziabad. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze operational and logistics data related to supply chain, transportation, and refrigerated services. Daily responsibilities include building reports and dashboards, identifying trends and inefficiencies, and providing insights to optimize routes, capacity utilization, and service performance. The role involves collaborating with operations, finance, and management teams to support decisions with quantitative analysis and clear visualizations. The Data Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards and support the implementation of data-driven process improvements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational knowledge of Statistics.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Data Analytics and Data Modeling.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as Excel, SQL, or BI tools) and visualization platforms (such as Power BI or Tableau) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or transportation data is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ghaziabad and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
