Role Description The Data Analyst role at Clarity Medical – OEM (Diagnostic Equipment) is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data related to product performance, manufacturing processes, and customer usage to support data-driven decision-making. Daily tasks include building and maintaining reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, quality assurance, and product management to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. The Data Analyst will also help ensure data integrity, document methodologies, and present findings in clear, concise formats for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in Statistics for hypothesis testing, data validation, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Data Modeling to design, optimize, and maintain structured data sets and reporting frameworks.
- Effective Communication skills to present data findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau).
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
