ABOUT THE POSITION:
We are looking for an ideal candidate as Data Analyst who interprets data and turns it into information which can offer ways to improve a business, thus affecting business decisions. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of India’s great brands.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Collect and analyse data to develop insights and recommendations for business decisions.
● Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and
identify trends.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements for
reporting and analysis.
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and
effectiveness of reporting.
● Segment customers and study effects of offers on them.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Finance or Analytics
● At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
● Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
● Ability to work with large datasets and analyse the same
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
● Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL
● Understanding of cloud computing platform such as Microsoft Azure is a plus
● Experience with Power BI and Python is a plus
SALARY:
Will depend on experience. Upto 7LPA
