Bull Agritech is building a next-generation agri supply-chain platform connecting farmers directly to factories through transparent trade, efficient logistics, and digitized post-harvest credit.
Role Overview
We are looking for a process-driven professional to manage the flow of farmer leads across our supply chain network and drive operational data analytics (Fluency in Gujarati language preferred). You will act as the data bridge between Field Supervisors and the tele-calling team, ensuring lead quality by validating entries across 15 collection centers in 9 districts of Gujarat and deriving insights on performance workflows, campaigns and field operational efficiency. The role also involves analyzing ERP and CRM data to track farmer reach, monitor company expenses, and build dashboards for management insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data-backed feedback to Field Supervisors and Area Managers on funnel performance.
- Integrate CRM and ERP data to track farmer reach and operational metrics. Validate and structure incoming farmer leads submitted by Field Supervisors.
- Build MIS reports, dashboards, and expense reports (center-wise, employee-wise, delivery-wise).
- Manage lead pipelines from channels like Telegram and WhatsApp groups, maintaining a live and flawless lead flow.
- Track and improve the Lead-to-Conversion ratio.
- Assist in developing, testing, implementing and maintaining work and data flows in our ever evolving operational structure.
Requirements
Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Python: Basic proficiency for data manipulation and automation.
- SQL: Ability to query databases and build dashboards/MIS reports.
- CRM Tools: Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, LeadSquared, or Google Sheets.
Language Skills
- Fluency in Gujarati.
- Working proficiency in Hindi and English.
