BP Business Solutions India Private Limited is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions and drive commercial success!
Job Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement data cleansing and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Apply expertise in data domain knowledge to effectively interpret and contextualize analysis results.
Integrate data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Implement and maintain robust data management practices, adhering to data strategy and governance principles.
Manipulate large datasets using appropriate tools and techniques to extract relevant information.
Actively participate in data sourcing activities, identifying and acquiring necessary data for analysis.
Develop and implement data strategy and governance frameworks to enhance data quality and utilization.
Create compelling data visualizations and interpret complex findings to a diverse audience.
Maintain awareness and alignment to digital security guidelines in all data handling.
Design and implement Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to streamline data workflows.
Collaborate effectively in group problem-solving sessions to address data-related challenges and propose solutions.
Apply strong commercial competence to translate data insights into tangible business value.
Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Job Qualifications
Proven experience in data analysis, data cleansing, and data transformation.
Good understanding of data domain knowledge relevant to business operations.
Proficiency in data integration, data management, and data manipulation techniques.
Experience with data sourcing and implementing data strategy and governance.
Expertise in data visualization and interpretation tools and methodologies.
Awareness of digital security principles and guidelines in data handling.
Hands-on experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
Demonstrated ability in group problem solving and collaborative work environments.
Excellent commercial competence with the ability to link data insights to business outcomes.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
