About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw company data into actionable insights, creating dynamic dashboards, and managing daily reporting pipelines from various departments.
This is a strictly on-site role based at our factory location in Morbi. We are looking for candidates currently residing in, or willing to commute daily from, Rajkot or Morbi.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze company operational and financial data. Design, build, and maintain visually appealing, easy-to-understand dashboards to help management make data-driven decisions.
- Daily Reporting: Oversee and collect daily work reports from company employees, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
- Zoho Ecosystem Management: Utilize Zoho Analytics and other Zoho applications to streamline data collection, integration, and reporting workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and translate them into technical dashboard requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Must be a resident of Rajkot or Morbi (or capable of daily commute to the Morbi factory).
- Work Mode: 100% On-site (Factory location).
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Zoho Analytics and experience with other Zoho Apps (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Tools: Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus but Zoho is our primary focus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills to manage daily reporting with employees, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or reporting role (Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment is a benefit).
