Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets, building data models, creating dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights. Additional responsibilities include optimizing data processes, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Data Analytics tools and techniques like Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience with Data Visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel or other BI tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Services, Azure Services, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Expertise in creating and managing ETL Pipelines and using libraries like Pandas and NumPy
- Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, draw insights, and develop data-driven strategies
- Effective communication and presentation skills to convey complex data and insights clearly
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required
- Experience in the healthcare, e-commerce, or similar industries is a plus
