About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Python & Data Analytics Engineer to join our team for an ongoing evaluation project with Uber. This role involves performing detailed evaluation tasks related to model stumping, focusing on agentic capabilities, using specialized tools such as Taiga. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data, analyzing model responses, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of evaluation outputs. This is a remote, freelance/contract position based in India, offering flexible working hours aligned with IST. The role provides an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile project, contributing to the development and validation of AI models in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in a technical or engineering role, with a strong background in data analysis and Python programming. A solid understanding of data validation, model evaluation, and analytical tools is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing their tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with proven expertise in data analytics and technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluation tasks for model stumping using Taiga tools, ensuring adherence to project guidelines.
- Analyze datasets to verify accuracy, consistency, and overall data quality.
- Utilize Python-based tools for data analysis, validation, and reporting purposes.
- Review model outputs, identify discrepancies, and document errors or inconsistencies.
