About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with expertise in Power Apps and Power BI to join our dynamic team in Mumbai (Borivali West). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining data-driven applications and dashboards that support our clients' business objectives. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, translating requirements into functional Power Apps solutions, and creating compelling visualizations through Power BI. The candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance data accessibility and usability, ultimately contributing to the strategic growth of our clients and organization.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields. Proficiency in Power Apps, particularly Canvas and Model-Driven Apps, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in Power BI, including dashboard creation, report development, and data modeling. A good understanding of DAX, Power Query, and Power Fx is required to manipulate and analyze data effectively. Experience integrating Power Apps with data sources such as SharePoint, SQL Server, Dataverse, or other relevant platforms is crucial. Basic knowledge of Power Automate workflows will be an added advantage. The candidate should also possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Power Apps applications to meet business requirements.
- Create and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights.
- Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to gather detailed requirements and ensure solutions align with organizational goals.
- Implement best practices for data visualization, data cleaning, and data analysis to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Optimize reports and applications for performance, usability, and scalability.
- Support the deployment, testing, and ongoing enhancement of Power Apps and Power BI solutions.
- Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate smooth adoption and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Power Platform tools and related technologies.
