About the Role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who can turn raw business data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions across Growth, Operations, and Finance.
What You’ll Do
📊 MIS Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Track lead, business, and payout data
💻 SQL & Business Reporting
- Write SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Build accurate reports from multiple data sources
📈 Dashboard Development
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Antigravity, or similar tools to improve reporting and automation
🔍 Data Validation
- Validate and reconcile data across systems
- Ensure accuracy and consistency before reports reach stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
✅ SQL — Mandatory
Strong query writing skills with complex joins and aggregations
✅ Advanced Excel
Hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, and Power Query
✅ Power BI
Experience building and maintaining dashboards from scratch
✅ AI Productivity Tools
Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Antigravity, or similar tools
✅ Analytical Thinking
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify data issues proactively
⭐ Fintech / BFSI experience is a plus
