Job Purpose
The Partner Integration & Data Specialist will be responsible for managing technical integrations, ensuring compliance, and driving seamless collaboration with external partners. This role combines strong stakeholder management with expertise in secure data handling and advanced time-series analytics.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage API integrations for seamless lead flow between BHFL and partner systems.
- Drive agreement closure by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams and business units
- Ensure information security compliance by facilitating partner assessments and approvals
- Conduct monthly engagement meetings with partners to review performance, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration.
- Oversee invoice processing and ensure timely reconciliation with finance teams
- Coordinate SFTP setup for secure data transfer to partners for campaign execution
- Act as the primary contact for technical issue resolution, coordinating between partner IT teams and BHFL IT teamsTime-Series Data Handling: Leverage Azure Data Explorer (ADX) for time-series data, with knowledge of materialized views, sharding, and caching policies.
- Real-Time Streaming (Nice to Have): Basic understanding of Azure Event Hub, including batching, offsets/checkpoints, payload handling, and throttling.
- Cloud Platform Familiarity (Preferred): Exposure to Azure cloud services and architecture best practices.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
- Making critical decisions during production issues, including root cause analysis, quick fixes, and long-term resolutions.
- Prioritizing and escalating support tasks effectively to minimize downtime and business impact.
- Driving decisions around technical design, architecture, and optimization to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of solutions.
Major Challenges

- Ensuring smooth partner onboarding process within the pre-agreed TAT
- Testing and quality assessment of the API integrations to ensure 0 post production errors
- Conduct monthly engagement sessions with partners to review performance and strengthen collaboration
- Manage invoice processing and ensure timely reconciliation and payout within the TAT defined
- Act as the escalation point for technical issue resolution, coordinating between partner IT teams and BHFL IT teams
Required Qualifications And Experience
Post graduate with an experience of 1-2 years
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with API and SFTP integrations.
- Familiarity with information security compliance processes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate technical issue resolution across multiple teams
