We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our client engagement team and support large-scale manufacturing and operational analytics initiatives.
Position Summary
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and visualizing large-scale manufacturing, operational, and business data to deliver meaningful insights for global business stakeholders.
You will work closely with business users, engineering teams, and data engineering teams to transform complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and actionable recommendations. The role requires strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and enterprise analytics while working with millions of records from multiple enterprise systems.
This is a client-facing role where communication, stakeholder management, and analytical problem-solving are equally important as technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics
- Analyze manufacturing, operational, telematics, finance, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and generate actionable business insights.
- Translate business questions into analytical solutions and measurable KPIs.
- Develop recommendations that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Dashboard Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Create user-friendly dashboards that simplify complex operational data.
- Optimize dashboard usability and performance for business users.
- Deliver self-service reporting solutions that reduce manual analysis.
Data Modeling
- Design scalable and efficient data models.
- Build relationships between multiple datasets.
- Create reusable datasets for reporting and analytics.
- Optimize models for performance and maintainability.
SQL & Data Management
- Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Work with enterprise databases including SQL Server, Snowflake, and relational databases.
- Handle datasets consisting of millions of rows and multiple related tables.
- Improve query performance and reporting efficiency.
Data Validation & Quality
- Validate incoming datasets before publishing reports.
- Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or incorrect data.
- Perform reconciliation between source systems and reports.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to resolve upstream data quality issues.
- Establish repeatable validation processes for reporting accuracy.
Business Collaboration
- Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
- Convert business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
- Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, and client teams throughout project execution.
Security & Governance
- Implement Role-Level Security (RLS) within Power BI.
- Maintain secure access to business-critical information.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data governance standards.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize SQL queries and Power BI datasets.
- Improve dashboard refresh performance.
- Optimize DAX calculations and report loading times.
- Apply best practices for enterprise-scale reporting solutions.
Team Collaboration

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Equivalent practical industry experience will also be considered.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale datasets.
- Experience creating dashboards for business users.
- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
- Strong understanding of data validation and quality assurance.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
