Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join the analytics team. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving capabilities, hands-on experience in data analysis, and the ability to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights. Candidates from B2C product-based organizations will be preferred, with strong priority given to professionals currently working at or having prior experience with Mu Sigma.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Develop dashboards, reports, and MIS using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL and Excel
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions
- Conduct exploratory data analysis, KPI tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, operations, product, and technology teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Data Analyst profile
- Must have 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Data Analysis roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, Tableau, and Power BI
- Proven experience in data extraction, data cleaning, transformation, dashboarding, and reporting
- Expertise in SQL, Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Reporting, Statistical Analysis, Data Validation, and Dashboard Creation
- Strong understanding of databases, large datasets, KPI reporting, and analytical techniques
- Candidates from B2C product-based companies will be preferred OR working at or having prior experience with Mu Sigma will be given high priority
- The CTC breakup will be up to 75% Fixed + 25% Variable
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation
- Exposure to ETL, data warehousing, or big data technologies
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
