🚀 We're Hiring: Data Quality Analyst – Investment Banking 📊
📍 Location: Remote
🕒 Experience: 7–12 Years

Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality data and driving operational excellence in the Investment Banking domain? We are looking for experienced Data Quality Analysts to join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform comprehensive data quality checks and recommend process improvements
✔ Analyze and resolve complex data quality issues across investment banking systems
✔ Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Project Managers, and technical teams
✔ Support Front, Middle, and Back Office Trade Lifecycle processes
✔ Conduct Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Quality Assessments, and audits
✔ Develop and monitor data quality metrics, reports, and documentation
✔ Participate in End-to-End Testing and Quality Assurance initiatives
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 7–12 years of experience in Investment Banking / Capital Markets
✅ Strong knowledge of Front, Middle & Back Office operations
✅ Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL, Snowflake, and Excel
✅ Experience with Charles River Investment Management System (CRD)
✅ Strong understanding of Data Quality, Data Validation, and Data Governance concepts
✅ Experience in QA lifecycle, testing methodologies, and End-to-End Testing
✅ Familiarity with Agile methodology and Atlassian tools is an added advantage
✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
