About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Analyst - Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Domlur, Bangalore. This role is pivotal in managing our clinical data analytics operations, leading a team of talented analysts, and ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of clinical/study data. You will serve as a bridge between data teams and stakeholders, translating complex datasets into meaningful narratives that inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Clinical Data Analysis, Biostatistics, or related fields. Proven leadership experience in managing analytical teams and executing complex projects is essential. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is required, with additional familiarity in Python or R being advantageous. Candidates should have a solid understanding of data cleaning, validation, and quality control processes, especially within clinical or healthcare environments. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities are vital for success in this role. A background in handling clinical/study data and knowledge of regulatory standards will be considered a strong plus.
