About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Scry AI. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting decision-making processes across various functions such as product development, marketing, and client success. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze large and diverse datasets, derive meaningful insights, and present them in a clear and actionable manner. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional experience as a data analyst or business analyst within a SaaS or enterprise software environment. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential, along with expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R is considered a plus, as it enhances data processing and automation capabilities. A solid understanding of analytics related to marketing, product performance, and revenue metrics is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and excellent storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst at Scry AI, your core responsibilities will include:
- Data Collection and Management: Extract, clean, and process data from various sources including databases, APIs, CRM systems, and product logs. Ensure data integrity and maintain well-organized datasets for analysis.
- Analysis and Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators across product usage, sales funnels, marketing campaigns, and customer success metrics. Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, trend analysis, and segmentation to identify growth opportunities and retention drivers. Perform root cause analysis to investigate operational or client data anomalies.
- Business Insights and Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and account executives to define questions, success metrics, and analytical approaches. Present findings visually to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements. Assist leadership during reviews, go-to-market strategies, and roadmap planning by providing data-driven insights.
