Role Description The Data Analyst and Market Research Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mysuru. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to support market research projects and internal business initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include preparing datasets, building reports and dashboards, conducting statistical analyses, and developing data models to identify trends and patterns. The associate will translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations, prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning. The role also involves monitoring market developments, supporting survey design and execution, and ensuring data quality and integrity in all research activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics and experience applying statistical methods to real-world datasets.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Data Modeling, including structuring data and building models to support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for presenting complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in Excel, SQL, or Python/R, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysuru, manage multiple projects, and maintain high attention to detail is expected.
