We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst / MIS Executive to manage, structure, and interpret business data to support marketing and organizational decision-making.

You will play a key role in enabling business teams with accurate reporting, dashboards, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making
- Identify trends, patterns, and performance metrics across marketing and business functions
- Provide data-backed recommendations to improve efficiency and outcomes
MIS Reporting & Dashboarding
- Create, maintain, and automate reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Develop and manage dashboards and MIS reports on a regular basis
- Ensure timely delivery of accurate and structured reports to stakeholders
Data Structuring & Optimization
- Simplify and restructure complex Excel/Sheets files into efficient, logical formats
- Build and optimize data models using advanced formulas, functions, and macros
- Improve reporting processes through automation and better data organization
Presentation & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare high-quality presentations using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders
- Translate data insights into clear, visually structured business presentations
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements
Data Accuracy & Governance
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards
- Maintain standardized formats and reporting frameworks
- Support data validation and quality checks across systems

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics / MIS / Reporting roles
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, data handling, automation)
- Experience in dashboarding, reporting, and data structuring
- Basic understanding of business analytics and performance tracking
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work in fast-paced, data-driven environments
