Hiring for TechnoSport | Data Analyst – Modern Trade Operations
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
✔Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, merchandising, and warehouse analytics. The ideal candidate should have strong data handling capabilities, business understanding, and a proactive mindset towards automation and process improvement.
✔Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets related to merchandising, supply chain, and warehouse operations to derive actionable insights
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and reconciliation across multiple warehouses
- Support demand planning, allocation, and replenishment strategies using historical data and trends
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs for business decision-making
- Build and enhance BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for real-time visibility
- Handle data pipeline management, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Warehouse, Finance, IT) for data alignment and execution
- Support audit requirements by providing accurate data, reports, and reconciliations
- Identify opportunities for automation in reporting, data processing, and operational workflows
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention
✔Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL, and data analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and merchandising analytics
- Experience in data reconciliation and audit support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Automation mindset with exposure to VBA / Python / RPA tools preferred
✔Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience in retail, apparel, or warehouse-driven organizations is a plus
