Data & AI Leader
You Are
The Director – Data & AI to will be part of the core team that lead the execution of our enterprise data and AI strategy. This leader will drive data-led transformation and build scalable AI solutions delivering ives with business outcomes. As a senior leader, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex business problems into data and AI solutions, ensuring that data assets are reliable, well-governed, and effectively leveraged. The role will also drive the modernization of data platforms, adoption of cloud-based ecosystems with a focus on Generative AI. Beyond technology leadership, you will play a key role in building high-performing data and AI teams, establishing best practices for responsible and ethical AI, and embedding a strong data-driven culture across the organization.
The Opportunity
- Enterprise Data & AI Strategy Leadership - Ability to define and execute a long-term enterprise data and AI strategy, aligning with business priorities, digital transformation programs, and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong Data Foundations & Architecture Expertise - Deep understanding of data management, data architecture, data governance, and modern data platforms. Proven ability to build scalable data lakes, warehouses, and cloud-based data ecosystems that support advanced analytics and AI.
- AI & Gen AI Enablement - Demonstrated experience leading the development and deployment of machine learning, predictive analytics, and Gen AI-driven solutions that solve real business problems.
- Business Translation & Stakeholder Influence - Strong ability to translate complex business problems into data and AI solutions and influence senior stakeholders. Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to deliver analytics-driven decision-making and measurable ROI.
- Building and Scaling High-Performing Data Teams - Experience building, mentoring, and scaling multi-disciplinary teams across data engineering, analytics, and data science. Ability to create a data-driven culture, develop talent, and establish best practices across the organization.
What You Need
- 18+ years of experience in data /AI / Generative AI with career progression from data management/engineering to AI and Generative AI.
- Proven leadership experience managing large data & AI teams and enterprise-scale programs.
- Strong expertise in data architecture, data governance, data warehousing, and big data ecosystems.
- Hands-on understanding of machine learning, AI frameworks, and modern Gen AI platforms.
- Experience building cloud-based data platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business problems into data & AI solutions.
- Experience in AI productization and operationalizing ML models (MLOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
