Data/AI & Analytics – Strategy Manager – India

A global top-tier strategy consulting firm is looking for a Data / AI & Analytics Strategy Manager to join its growing digital and analytics practice in India. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business strategy, data, and emerging technologies, partnering with leading organisations across industries to unlock value through AI-driven transformation.
The Role
As a Manager, you will lead high-impact engagements that shape clients’ data and AI strategies—from defining enterprise-wide analytics roadmaps to driving AI adoption and scaling advanced analytics capabilities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex transformation journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data, AI, and analytics strategy projects across sectors
- Define enterprise data strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks
- Advise clients on AI/ML use cases, prioritisation, and value creation opportunities
- Translate business problems into analytics-driven solutions and strategic recommendations
- Drive large-scale transformation programmes, including capability building and change management
- Manage client relationships, including C-suite stakeholders, and contribute to business development efforts
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, analytics consulting, or a combination of both consulting and industry roles
- Strong experience in data strategy, AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects
- Ability to bridge business strategy with technical concepts (no coding required, but familiarity is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Exposure to tools/technologies such as cloud platforms, data architecture, or AI frameworks is advantageous
