Corporate Development Partner

The Corporate Development Partner will be responsible for supporting M&A strategy and transactions, strategic partnerships, and other corporate initiatives to drive DAT's long-term growth. This role will work closely with the executive team, business unit leaders, and other key stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and execute on strategic opportunities. The Corporate Development Partner will be responsible for leading due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring and negotiation, as well as integration planning and execution.
