We are seeking User Success Engineer, having experience in PeopleSoft Support domain, to work with our Information Systems team. Role Description & Responsibilities: · As part of this team, you will be responsible for Level 2 Technical customer support on 3DSupport App and DSx. Client Care to worldwide users. · You will get to work together with colleagues from all over the world to support them on challenging projects for international business that is spread worldwide. Qualifications: · Experience: 1-4 years of Experience in PeopleSoft Ordering · Education: B.E/ B. tech (Any stream) · Candidate should be aware of all the application support processes. · Understand user requests, engineer and provide the answers according to support SLA · Participate in process improvement reviews and initiatives. · Propose relevant enhancements by understanding user behavior and feedbacks · Validate the proposed OOTB correction before sharing to the customer · Manage production down situations as part of the Return To Operation process for mission critical systems with appropriated communication and resolution plan · Perform functional and regression testing for enhancements and existing issues.
