About the role
As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to evaluate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of software applications. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations. Key responsibilities include: - Developing performance test plans and scenarios based on business requirements - Configuring and maintaining performance testing tools and environments - Executing load, stress, and soak tests to measure application performance under varying user loads - Analyzing test results, generating reports, and collaborating with the team to address performance issues - Automating performance tests to ensure consistent and repeatable testing
