Access Management Specialist

The Access Management Specialist is responsible for the implementation and management of access control solutions. This role ensures that the right people have the right level of access to the appropriate resources, applications and data. Key responsibilities include: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for access control - Implement, configure and maintain access control systems and processes - Manage user identities, access rights and privileges - Develop and document access control policies and procedures - Provide training and support to end-users on access control practices - Monitor and audit access control activities to ensure compliance - Collaborate with IT, security and business teams to enhance access control capabilities - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in access management
