About the job

This role is for a multidimensional Hindi Promo Writer with a passion for turning ideas into creative collateral that attracts and engages our target audiences. You should have experience in writing, directing, and producing teasers or promotional materials

Your Role

• Run a writer’s room, which will figure out the best angles to sell a particular show
• Write scripts and visualize them for video promos that help reduce our campaigns' CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost ). Reference for promos
• Creatively involved in end-to-end coordination and execution with the respective shows
• Ability to write great engaging copy in a real-time environment that can stimulate user interaction, discussion, and engagement
• Build and Manage a team of Copywriters and get the best output from them
• Act as the Voice of the Marketing Department during New Show Commissioning

Mandatory Skills

1. A portfolio of past work done in Ad copywriting
2. Expertise in writing in Hindi and exceptional communication skills
3. Managing Writers
4. A marketing mindset
5. 4+ Years of Work Experience

Good to have

• Avid Comic Reader
• Basic understanding of Social media and Performance Marketing
• Prior Agency Experience
