About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Art Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a robust artistic vision, a strong understanding of adapting scripts into visual narratives, and experience utilizing AI in artistic workflows. As the Art Lead, you will be instrumental in shaping the artistic direction of our projects and ensuring the delivery of top-quality artwork
Your PartArt Direction: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of artists to deliver outstanding visual content that aligns with the company's creative goals and project requirements.Script Adaptation: Collaborate closely with Creative Producers to understand and interpret scripts, transforming written narratives into visually engaging comic panels with a keen understanding of text-to-screen narration adaptationUse of AI: Explore and implement the use of Dashtoon AI tool for image generation and enhancement to innovate and streamline the art creation processQuality Assurance: Ensure project artwork meets the company’s high standards for quality, style, and consistency; provide constructive feedback and support to the art team.Team Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting creativity and professional growth within the art team.Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate new techniques to keep the artwork current and vibrant.Recruitment and Training: Assist in recruiting new talent and providing ongoing training and development opportunities for the art team.
Mandatory SkillsStrong artistic vision and experience in visual storytelling, particularly in adapting scripts to visuals.Experience in leading and managing art teams.Excellent understanding of composition, color theory, and storytelling through visuals.Portfolio showcasing exceptional artistic and creative direction abilities.Strong English communication skills, both written and verbAttention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
