Our vision of building a world-class product company from Asia is backed by marquee global investors like Microsoft, Salesforce, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. **Key Responsibilities:** * Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. * Excel Proficiency: Create and manage complex spreadsheets, utilize advanced Excel functions and Macros to automate tasks and improve efficiency. * Power BI: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights. * PowerPoint: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations for various stakeholders. * Problem-solving: Identify business challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. * Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics. * Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes and tools. **Requirement :** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. * Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. * Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and delivering presentations. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Street-smart attitude with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in HR Industry is a plus. * Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is an advantage. * Certifications in relevant tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)).
