As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring efficient movement and storage of materials to support our daily production and distribution needs!

Compensation:

Starts at $21 an hour with a $2 shift differential for overnights

Shift Availability: 

10:00 pm - 6:30 am  Sunday - Thursday

What you’ll do… 

Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service

Follow safety regulations and quality standards

Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials

Manage customer requirements and storage logistics

Ensure damage-free stacking of products

Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management

What you’ll need...

Six (6) months relevant experience, previous experience operating a clamp truck, preferred

Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license

Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills

Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language in order to ensure effective new hire training and on-going communications about safety and quality issues
