About the Role:

The Strategy Consultant plays a pivotal role in shaping the committee’s long-term vision and ensuring its strategic objectives are effectively implemented. The position involves developing comprehensive strategies, aligning internal departments, and continuously monitoring the progress and impact of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and planning capabilities, as well as the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, assess risks and opportunities, and deliver high-level strategic recommendations to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of strategic frameworks and long-term plans in alignment with the committee’s mission.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure unified execution of strategic goals.

• Monitor the implementation of policies and strategic initiatives, and provide performance reports.

• Analyze internal and external developments to adapt and update the strategic direction accordingly.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to improve policy effectiveness and organizational performance.

• Coordinate with external entities and stakeholders on strategic projects.

• Develop tools and mechanisms to track progress and measure impact.

• Lead the collection of strategic inputs from across departments.

• Conduct risk assessments and identify emerging opportunities for growth or improvement.

• Design and deliver strategic planning workshops and capacity-building programs for staff.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in strategic planning and public policy development.

• Strong skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and impact evaluation.

• Proven ability to drive collaboration across departments and align stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills in both Arabic and English.

• Experience in working with governmental or semi-governmental bodies is preferred.

• Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
