Strategy Management

• Manage the development and continuous refinement of the corporate and business strategies, ensuring alignment with dans mission, vision and core values.
• Direct in-depth research and strategic analysis across key business areas to inform strategy formulation, innovation programs, and organizational initiatives.
• Cascade strategic objectives into practical frameworks, tools, and action plans that enable evidence-based decision-making across all organizational levels.
• Ensure strategic coherence and operational integration, overseeing the management of resources, project scheduling, communications, performance tracking, and organizational systems.
• Drive internal and external stakeholder engagement initiatives to promote awareness, ownership, and alignment with dans strategic direction.
• Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and reporting mechanisms to track the execution and effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  
  

Performance Management

• Design and implement a holistic corporate performance management system, embedding best practices at enterprise, departmental, and individual levels.
• Design and manage performance measurement systems to track progress and drive organizational excellence.
• Identify, align, and cascade key performance indicators (KPIs) across strategic, corporate, and divisional levels to ensure measurable progress against business objectives.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide performance dashboards, reporting tools, and business intelligence systems that enable real-time performance insights and continuous improvement.
• Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions to drive operational excellence and strategic agility.
  
  

Future Foresight

• Develop futuristics proactive strategies and policies in line of future trends and dans vision.
• Develop and institutionalize future foresight methodologies, frameworks, and analytical tools to anticipate emerging trends and disruptive forces.
• Apply both quantitative and qualitative foresight techniques to forecast potential future scenarios and assess their strategic implications.
• Formulate proactive, future-ready strategies and policy recommendations that align with emerging trends and dans long-term vision and ambitions.
• Develop future foresight capabilities to anticipate trends and proactively shape strategic responses.
  
  

Organizational Agility

• Foster a culture of agility by promoting flexible structures, adaptive processes, and rapid decision-making across the organization.
• Implement frameworks and tools that enable teams to quickly respond to changing environments, customer needs, and market disruptions.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and remove structural barriers to agility, enabling faster execution of strategic priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in organizational agility and recommend initiatives to enhance responsiveness, resilience, and adaptability.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration, empowerment, and decentralized decision-making to build a more nimble and resilient organization.
• Drive organizational agility by promoting adaptability, innovation, and rapid response to change.
  
  

Overall

• Design and deliver capacity-building programs, awareness workshops, and technical training sessions to cultivate a culture of strategic thinking, performance excellence, and future readiness.
• Develop and manage systems, communication channels, and tools to support the effective implementation of strategic planning, performance management, and foresight activities.
• Lead and oversee key department strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective project management practices are applied from inception through execution and closure.
• Continuously benchmark against global best practices, ensuring dans remains agile, innovative, and resilient in a rapidly changing environment.
• Undertakes similar or related duties as directed by senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

Knowledge & Experience:

• Holds either Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Management with practical experience in this field for not less than (12) years or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management or related subjects, with practical experience in this field for not less than (10) years.
• Practical experience in this field for not less than (7) years.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in the strategic planning and performance management and related international best practices.
• Excellent knowledge and experience in the performance management systems, tools, and theories
• Future foresight theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies
• Organizational Agility theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies
• Project management frameworks, tools and techniques for small-to-med size scale projects
• Innovation theories, frameworks, tools, and technologies (preferable).
• Management consulting experience in a tier one global firm (preferable).
• Worked with public sector organizations strategy, performance, organizational transformation, project management and coordination (preferable).
