About the role
Overview:
The Water Recycling Engineering Tech will support water recycling and treatment operations in a field-based environment. The position focuses on operational reliability, process management, and safety across water recycling facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor water recycling facilities, including systems comparable to SWD operations
- Manage and support Frac Tanks and related surface equipment
- Perform and monitor chemical injection processes
- Support process management initiatives related to industrial engineering and safety
- Conduct field troubleshooting and operational support for mechanical and process systems
- Assist with preventive maintenance and operational optimization
- Participate in call-out rotation as required
- Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant field or industrial experience
- Technical degree with formal training in Process Engineering or related discipline.
- Associate degree is acceptable (Bachelor’s degree not required)
- Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or similar industrial environments
- Strong understanding of process operations and safety principles
- Willingness to work in field-based, hands-on operational roles
- Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR check, fit for duty and agility.
