Technical Business Analyst

Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with a focus on AI to join our dynamic team in Denmark or Slovenia. This role is pivotal in leveraging our innovative low-code/no-code approach within our internal AI platform to accelerate the development of rapid prototypes. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, testing, and implementing high-value initiatives, while also contributing to feature specification. Additionally, the role is essential for translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals. Your tasks will vary from project to project, and may include tasks such as: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop rapid, facilitating quick identification and testing of high-value initiatives. Specification of features Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business processes and drive efficiency through AI solutions. Work with data scientists, developers, product owners and other stakeholders from the business to succeed in our common projects.
