As Senior International Tax Manager, you act as a key advisor in high impact M&A transactions, working closely with the business and senior stakeholders to ensure risks are understood, opportunities are captured, and decisions are built on a solid tax foundation.

This role delivers clear outcomes a strong, compliant, and future ready global structure that enables Danfoss to grow responsibly and sustainably across markets and positions you at the center of strategic execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end to end tax workstreams in buy side and sell side M&A projects with exposure to international transactions and stakeholders
Drive tax due diligence and deal structuring, delivering clear assessments that inform strategic and commercial decisions
Act as the single point of contact for tax in assigned M&A projects, coordinating internal teams and external advisors
Manage pre- and post closing tax activities, including integration, to ensure seamless execution and risk mitigation
Contribute to broader tax structuring and strategic initiatives supporting Danfoss’ global growth agendaa

What We're Looking For

A relevant master’s degree in taxation, accounting, finance, or comparable experience from working with complex international tax matters
Solid experience working with international tax matters in complex, cross border or transaction driven environments
Proven ability to drive projects end to end, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver high quality outcomes
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex tax topics into clear recommendations
A collaborative and accountable mindset, with the confidence to act as a trusted tax partner to the business
