About the role

The Impact You'll Make

As our Senior Analyst – SAP SBN with MM (P2P), you’ll play a key role in enabling efficient and integrated supply chain and procurement operations by supporting and enhancing SAP Business Network and SAP MM solutions.

You will help improve procurement efficiency, streamline business processes, ensure seamless system integration, and support business stakeholders with reliable SAP solutions that enhance operational performance and user experience.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Business Stakeholders while taking ownership of SAP SBN/MM solution support, process improvements, testing, and documentation, helping us move toward a more efficient and digitally connected future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead SAP SBN with MM (P2P) initiatives and support end-to-end business process implementation within the Supply Chain Management domain.
Support stakeholders by troubleshooting SAP SBN/MM issues, conducting UAT, and supporting integration testing activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, seamless integrations, and process alignment.
Use your SAP MM, SAP SBN, and P2P expertise to improve procurement operations, system efficiency, and user experience.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational processes, and training materials while continuously enhancing SAP capabilities and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6–10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in SAP MM/SNC/SBN.
Strong understanding of SAP MM modules, SAP Business Network, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes within the Supply Chain Management domain.
Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting end-to-end SAP SCM SNC with MM (P2P) and SAP Ariba with MM solutions.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SD, SAP Ariba, data migration, validation, and resolving SAP system issues.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently, conduct end-user training, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
