About the role
We are looking for a Sustainability Engineer who will support data collection and to ensure data required for conducting Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and develop Environmental Product Declarations (EPD) for our products. This role will involve close coordination with multiple internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and product management teams, to gather accurate and comprehensive data across the product lifecycle. The candidate will help streamline the data collection process, ensure data quality and consistency, and contribute to advancing our sustainability goals through better environmental performance reporting.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, product management) to gather primary data related to materials, energy consumption, transport, production processes, and end-of-life scenarios.
Organizing and validating data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with relevant stakeholders
Assisting in mapping the product grouping and identifying data gaps.
Supporting documentation and reporting, including preparing input sheets and basic analysis for LCA software/tools.
Ensuring that the collected data meets the requirements
