The Impact You'll Make

As our DC Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operations run with full control, accuracy, and reliability. Your leadership will directly impact product quality, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to our customers.

Your impact? Key driver of productivity, Lean culture, and audit performance, supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence across all warehouse activities.

You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of responsibilities, helping us move toward a more sustainable future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily warehouse operations and teams to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflows.
Maintain full visibility and control of inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, locations, and movements at all times.
Ensure products meet quality and optimal storage conditions, from inbound receipt to outbound delivery.
Control and validate all inbound and outbound transactions, guaranteeing stock accuracy and traceability.
Drive productivity, Lean initiatives, KPIs, and system audits to consistently meet operational and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Experience in logistics or warehouse operations with responsibility for inventory control and people leadership.
Proven ability to lead and coordinate warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail when managing stock and documentation.
Proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.
Experience executing inventory counts and annual physical inventories.
