Description
Dancing Moose is hiring for an After School Supervisor who will oversee and manage the day-to-day after-school operations in harmony with Dancing Moose core values. This includes parent communication, quality assurance and curriculum development.
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Excellent telephone, email, and face-to-face communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage difficult interactions with tact.
- Strong leadership and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Montessori philosophy and Dancing Moose curriculum.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; training on Procare Software will be provided.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
