Position: Dance Instructor
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Multiple School Projects (as assigned)
Compensation: Project-Based (depending on scope, schedule, and responsibilities)
About the role:
We are looking for energetic and passionate Dance Instructors to conduct dance sessions in schools and educational institutions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with children across different age groups and be capable of creating an engaging, disciplined, and enjoyable learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct dance classes for pre-primary, primary, and middle school students.
- Teach age-appropriate choreography and dance fundamentals.
- Prepare students for annual days, competitions, cultural events, and stage performances.
- Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring an enjoyable learning experience.
- Coordinate with school authorities regarding schedules, performances, and student progress.
- Assist in planning and executing school dance productions and events.
- Ensure student safety and encourage participation from all learners.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of dance teaching or instructor experience.
- Valid Dance Instructor Certification or equivalent training certification.
- Strong ability to work with small children, tweens, and school-age students.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching.
- Ability to learn and adapt to different school environments.
Compensation:
- Salary/Stipend will be determined on a project basis and may vary depending on the duration, scale, and requirements of the assigned project.
