<strong>ABOUT OUR AGENCY:<br></strong>Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2016, built on a foundation of teamwork, trust, and genuine care for both our customers and our team members. Before opening the agency, I worked as an entrepreneur, and my inspiration to join State Farm came from my uncle, who was also an agent.<br><br>I’m a proud Texas native and graduate of Texas State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in finance. My wife, who has been an integral part of our agency for eight years, works alongside me, making this truly a family-run business. Outside the office, I love spending time outdoors—whether that’s fishing, kayaking, or tending to our small farm filled with chickens, goats, and cows.<br><br>We take pride in maintaining a positive, flexible, and family-oriented work environment. <strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.</li>
<li>Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.</li>
<li>Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.</li>
<li>Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.</li>
<li>Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.</li>

<strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong> </div><ul>
<li>Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.</li>
<li>Communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Organizational and multitasking abilities.</li>
<li>Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.</li>
<li>Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.</li>
