About the role
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the Salesforce product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with business leaders, sales, marketing, service, and IT teams to identify pain points and opportunities.
Gather, document, and refine business requirements
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to design scalable and efficient solutions.
Define data models, workflows, automation, and integrations to optimize Salesforce usage.
Ensure all Salesforce implementations adhere to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
Lead the Salesforce development lifecycle using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
Own the Salesforce product backlog, prioritizing features and technical debt.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
Develop training materials and lead user onboarding sessions.
Work with change management teams to drive adoption and track Salesforce user engagement metrics.
Gather feedback from end-users and iterate on enhancements.
Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product impact.
Ensure data integrity, reporting, and dashboard optimization for better decision-making.
Work on AI-powered insights, automation, Analytics to enhance business intelligence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or Salesforce administration/development.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builder, etc.).
Experience with Agile methodologies, user stories, and backlog management (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Product Owner, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Experience with Salesforce integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, third-party apps).
Experience working in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or B2B environments.
