Role Description
The Dampness and Crack Root Cause Analysis Engineer will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of residential properties to identify the root causes of dampness, cracks, and other structural issues. Other responsibilities include assessing damaged structures, preparing technical reports, coordinating with developers and clients, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of structural engineering, civil engineering concepts, and construction principles.
- Hands-on experience with damage assessment, dampness detection, and crack analysis.
- Proficiency in creating technical reports, including root cause analysis and recommended remediation.
- Knowledge of construction materials and their properties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical solutions.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and developers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and reporting.
- Relevant educational background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Bengaluru's building codes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Proficiency in Kannada is advantageous but not mandatory.
