Essential Responsibilities:

• Strategy, implementation, and maintenance of delivery initiatives in line with business goals
• Provides proactive visibility and effectively communicates delivery targets, commitments and progress
• Overseeing multiple project teams to maintain organizational standards for satisfaction, quality, and performance.
• Scope in close collaboration with project sponsors, cross-departmental teams, and assigned project managers to maximize productivity Plan and develop results, required resources, workplans, budgets, and timing of new initiatives.
• Developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.
• Efficiently does profit and loss management
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of delivery status throughout its life cycle.
• Analyzing delivery risks
• Efficient escalation management
• Working on strategy with the marketing team
• Works with Presales team
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance

Required Skills and Experience

• Preferably from Development Background
• Experience working in the engineering organization of a product company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to respect among project team members and create a sense of community
• Sufficient knowledge of technology to plan, monitor and control programs
• Develop solid business cases And Approval Skills
• Sufficient knowledge of the procurement process, including negotiations with third parties
• Sufficient knowledge of programs and project management methods
• Budgeting and resource allocation process Sufficient knowledge about
• Sufficient priorities and reliability Ability to advise project teams on projects related to Program andfind ways to solve or prevent problems

Good to Have

• Diverse experience across more than one service offering such as application development and maintenance, application/product support, systems integration, product engineering, package implementation, project management consulting, etc.
• Certifications: CSM, PMP, Prince2 etc.
