Data Analyst

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join the Operations Optimization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining various health dashboards, conducting SLA investigations, and supporting incident investigations primarily for Autotagger. This role will involve working with the Operations Managers to ensure data accuracy and provide insights. This role will require 25-50% (as per work demand) overlap with US time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with key stakeholders across different time zones. Key Responsibilities: Update Health Dashboards: Update the "Overview" sheet in the health dashboard. Update the SLA sheets in health dashboards. Metabase Management: Update Metabase - Check Series Publish Time to filter on multiple tickers, document types, and filing types. Add users' emails on Metabase - Check Series Publish Time. SLA Investigations: Conduct SLA investigations and share insights with Ops managers. Share Excel files to identify analysts who worked on tickers where SLAs were missed. Incident Support: Support in incident investigations and share insights to help Ops managers. Handle requests from the support team, such as adding priority to Metabase - Check Series Publish Time. Priority Management: Manage tags priority related to Doppler and ensure end-to-end ownership. Update POCs priority based on initiatives. Weekly Errors Analysis: Share weekly errors analysis by building dashboards and owning the weekly report with Doppler's help.
