Remote Software Engineer Intern

POSITION SUMMARY: We are searching for a Remote Software Engineer Intern. This individual will contribute to the internal website used by several departments in basketball operations. LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP: June 2 – August 29, 2025. (Duration may change because of performance and/or business needs.) Must be able to work 29 hours per week (5 days/wk.), which may include nights and weekends as needed. JOB FUNCTION: Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues. Collaborating with teams to creatively resolve challenges. Proactively learning about new technologies. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function as well as the following: Possess the following technical language skills: Javascript, React, NodeJS, MySQL (or a similar database-related language). Demonstrate experience with the following technologies: Git, GitHub Actions, AWS Lambdas, AWS SAM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Display a high level of confidentiality as information is considered highly sensitive and strictly confidential. Have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and strong work ethic. This position requires a high level of flexibility in working hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Must be a current college Sophomore, Junior, or Senior majoring in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
