Data Integration Specialist

The Data Integration Specialist is responsible for seamlessly integrating data across multiple platforms, ensuring the accurate and timely transfer of student information between school districts in a higher education environment. This role involves working with SQL, XML, JSON, SOQL, and Salesforce, utilizing tools like Task Factory, Boomi, and Workday Studio to transform and synchronize data between Student Information Systems (SIS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON, SOQL, Salesforce, Task Factory, Boomi, and Workday Studio. Ability to develop and maintain data transformation scripts and workflows. Strong understanding of data integration processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies in data integration. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while working independently or as a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be ethical, have integrity, strong interpersonal and analytical skills when interacting with stakeholders and constituents. Experience with data management in a higher education environment is preferred.
