About the role
The Knowledge Insights and Client Support (KICS) Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, client-focused insights and knowledge management across Dalberg. This role involves coordinating with teams across Dalberg to capture, codify, and share knowledge, as well as supporting knowledge management activities and initiatives. The KICS Coordinator will liaise with teams to understand their knowledge needs, help design and implement knowledge management solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure the effective use of knowledge assets.
